Itinerary
Day 1

Depart London Heathrow on scheduled flight to Luxor. On arrival transfer to the MS RA I for your seven night cruise on a full board basis. (D)

Day 2

Morning visit to the extensive Valley of the Kings - famous site of Tutankhamun's tomb. Also discover the mortuary temple of Queen Hatshepsut and Colossi of Memnon. Sail to Esna for overnight. (B,L,D)

Day 3

Sail to Edfu. Visit the temple of Edfu. Sail to Kom Ombo and visit the unique temple there. Sail to Aswan and overnight. (B,L,D)

Day 4

Morning excursion to the High Dam and by boat to the Temple of Philae. Afternoon Felucca ride on Nile. Dinner and overnight. (B,L,D)

Day 5

Morning free in Aswan, perhaps enjoy one of the optional excursions available locally, such as the Nubian Village. Alternatively take an optional excursion by air to Abu Simbel - one of the most amazing ancient sites (bookable prior to departure). (B,L,D)

Day 6

A leisurely day. Afternoon sail back Kom Ombo and Edfu for overnight. (B,L,D)

Day 7

Sail to Luxor. Afternoon visit to Karnak and Luxor Temples. Optional evening performance of the Sound & Light Show at the Luxor and Karnak Temples. (B,L,D)

Day 8

Transfer to Luxor Airport for flight to Cairo. Transfer to the 5 star Movenpick Pyramids Resort Hotel, Giza for your three-night stay. (B,L)

Day 9

Optional half day guided tour of the magnificent Pyramids and Sphinx*. Chance for an evening visit to the famous Sound and Light show*. (B)

Day 10

Optional half day visit to the Egyptian Museum, Cairo* - arguably one of the most fascinating museums in the world, which holds uncountable riches including the burial treasures of the young Pharaoh Tutankhamun. (B)

Day 11

Transfer to Cairo Airport for return flight to Heathrow. (B) Alternatively extend your stay - Call us for details.
